Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund of ticket cancellation | |
I cancelled my two tickets pnr no. [protected] and [protected] on 03.02.2018. Irctc website shows amount refunded on 05.03.2018 to paytmsdk bank. But the same are not reflecting in my account after elapsing a week. Kindly check and refund the amount in my account. Approximately 20 days ago I have done the KYC documents and verification but paytm company didn't open my open.Also I complaint and mail them but they didn't reply me.I think they fraud me. lots of days they frauding me.
