[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund/payment not received after 19 days | |||
I paid ₹35000/ from my Paytm Wallet to my SBI Credit Card on 25/06/19 at 11:34AM. Wallet balance was deducted with Wallet Txn ID- [protected], Reference No./Transaction ID[protected] and I was told that it would be credited into my Card account within 24 to 48 hours. Today after 19 days, transaction status at Paytm still shows "Pending" but now Paytm denies any responsibility of transaction and tossing it onto SBI Card. SBI Card says as on 12/07/19 that "we have not received a payment of Rs.35, 000.00 made by you on 25/06/2019". They even charged late payment charges on card dues. I am repeatedly enquiring the whereabout of my hard earned money from both parties but for no help. PAYTM is not even responding now and putting it entirely on SBI CARD. I find myself cheated, harassed, and in agony due to it. Not getting any help from both, I am complaining against both agencies at this Forum. Please help me and prevent such Nuisance/FRAUD to customers by these so called "Indian Firms". Indeed, outside firms are far better in consumer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
