Paytm Mobile Solutions — Regarding delay in recharges and not refunding money | |||||
I have made a transaction of Rs 348 on 31 march 2017 whose order no. is [protected]. The recharge was in processing state for nearly 2 days and despite several attempts i was unable to cancel the transaction after 2 hours acoording to your policy.I even wrote a mail to [protected]@paytm.com but there is still no reply from your side.I called your customer care but no response was there so i recharged my no from another portal.Now suddenly on 2 april 2017 you processed my recharged and wasted my previous recharge.Now you tell me whats the use of 2 recharges in 2 days.I also made a complaint on your customer care with complaint no. 25685523 on that day itself but still no solution is provided.kindly refund my money and cancel my recharge.
