Paytm Mobile Solutions — regarding not cancelling the order placed and refund payment | |||||
I placed an order on 7/12/2018 which i later cancelled on the same date, bcz of its late arrival. But its been more than 48hrs and the cancellation request is not accepted as it only shows that your cancel request is pending. Neither i got any refund yet. What irritated me the customer care, where i ended up calling them more than 10 times, they just say, wait our executive will be back shortly and they made me wait for more than 40mins on each call. Neither the paytm offer us an email complaint resolution mechanism so that we can access them with our complaints. Kindly provide me solutions as to what should i do now..
