Paytm Mobile Solutions — return of my online payment

Dear sir / madam,

I have made an reliance communication (Mobile post paid) bill payment of rs.343/-online on 10th june 2017, but till date reliance communication has not received the payment nor the amount is refunded by paytm.

I visited reliance communication head office in bangalore and checked with them regarding the status of payment. But they clearly to follow-up with paytm.

I am trying to reach paytm customer care / help line number - but no-response.


Kindly refund my money.
