Paytm Mobile Solutions — Symphony air cooler diet 12i not functioning and the product is not being accept for return/replacement | |||||
Hi, I purchased symphony air cooler die 12i and it is delivered to me on 14-april 2017. I found the product not functioning and requested for a return immediately on the very next day (15-april-2017). The website selling page has instruction that the product will be accepted for return within 7days of delivery without any terms and condition. But now paytm customer is telling to contact the manufacturer customer care for service. Why should i get the defective cooler serviced since it was received with defect. I want my product to replaced with the new one If there is no return policy, paytm could have mentioned that. When there is 7 day return policy why they are not accepting the return now. Yesterday I will try to add money on Paytm vallet but payment was failed so I again try but failed after some time I got recived message from bank that my money has deducted.
So I request you to pls do the needful.
Refund the money on my account as soon as possible.
