Paytm Mobile Solutions — to refund the money from paytm

I had booked a train ticket through paytm m wallet in irctc rail connect app and through the paytm payment gateway
But the tickets are not booked due to some problems in the internet connection. But the money is debited from my account of rs.525/-. I had done this for 2 times as such i dont know that the money will be debited. So totally 1050/- i am waiting for since 15 days and the money is not refunded from the paytm. So please do something to refund my money from the paytm as soon as possible.
