I have booked a ticket on 1st april, 2018 evening for ltt duranto for travel date 14th april, 2018 from ltt to ers. I have not received the confirmation ticket, can youpls send the same. Irtc site shows payment awaited, and bank details shows payment debited from my account. Payment has also been deducted from my account as per bank statement. I had not paid anyone but automatically paytm deducted my balanced ...whi it should be happend ...the tranxection id is [protected] plz give my answer and refund my balance
