On 7th apr 2019 payment gatway (Paytm) amount debited but tansaction not success ful and the same that debited amount not credited my bank account also. My bank officers want if the payment is not reversed within 7 days, we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant transaction amounttransaction datepayment idconsumer codebill reference information. So please check above details. And send my refund amount as soon as possible. And i am also adding my bank statement also.
