[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction was unsuccessful still the money deducted from paytm wallet while transferring it to bank account. | |||||
On 18th of march 2k17 at 06:53 i tried to transfer Rs.960 to my axis bank account but my transaction was unsuccessful but still the money was deducted from my paytm wallet. I'm saying its unsuccessful because the money is not reflecting in my bank account and its a week now and if at that time its successful so why i did'nt get any mail from paytm and neither a single message from my bank account ??? I raised a ticket and as a reply paytm said we refunded your money on 20-03-17 but i'm saying that my transaction was unsuccessful. Please reply me ASAP and give my money back, i'm a old customer of your's and have faith on paytm. I want my money back from you because my bank says that there is no such transaction happened on that date. Was this information helpful? | |||||
