Paytm Mobile Solutions — twice recharge done due to paytm fault

Please note that on paytm i have first recharged vodafone prepaid mobile with rs 399. Amount was deducted from my account (Net banking), but i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done and the status was showing "unsuccessful". I waited for few minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge of rs. 399 and the payment was successful.

The amount of rs. 399 was deducted twice from my account and i wish to have a refund for the transaction that was unsuccessful at first but which was converted into successful through paytm's end at the same time another transaction was successful.
