Paytm Mobile Solutions — Unable to login to my paytm account | |||||
Hi team, I am not able to log into my paytm account since 23rd may 2017. My registered mobile no : [protected] Calling customer care is a nightmare as it just let you move forward if you have lost your phone? Also when we enter our registered mobile no : [protected] it says it is not registered. Seems like my account is inactive? Could you please explain what is happening? My mobile is Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and having windows application Though I downloaded Paytm in my mobile and Barcode is also available but other required icons like payment options are not available due to which I am unable to use the same . I approached few shops also but they failed to help. Please help me what to do? My number is [protected].
