Paytm Mobile Solutions — Unable to login to my paytm account

Hi team,

I am not able to log into my paytm account since 23rd may 2017.

My registered mobile no : [protected]

Calling customer care is a nightmare as it just let you move forward if you have lost your phone?
Also when we enter our registered mobile no : [protected] it says it is not registered. Seems like my account is inactive?

Could you please explain what is happening?

Updated by Diksharora An update : please send mail to [protected]@ paytm.com about this issue. Our accounts are deactivated as we have opted out of payments bank as per the message from One97 comms and hence our accounts are closed. I have got a mail from them asking my account details to transfer my money into my bank. I hope they resolve it soon

My mobile is Microsoft Lumia 640 XL and having windows application Though I downloaded Paytm in my mobile and Barcode is also available but other required icons like payment options are not available due to which I am unable to use the same . I approached few shops also but they failed to help. Please help me what to do? My number is [protected].

Hi MUTTAL, Windows phone does not support a lot of apps, Paytm might be one of them. Please check if the app is supported by your phone. If not please use the website through desktop or internet explorer of your mobile with your registered no. You may also call Paytm customer care for more details or rasie a separate consumer complains under Microsoft Lumia.
