Paytm Mobile Solutions — Very bad service by paytm | |||||
I am highly disappointed with the service given by paytm. I had Rs. 4300 in my paytm wallet and now when I am trying to login with my email I'd "[protected]@gmail.com" then paytm is asking for OTP and then it says this number belongs to another account. I have only ONE account, now I thought maybe if I give another no. I can retrieve my account and now the account got logged in but my wallet has Rs. 0.0 as balance. My 4300 rupees came to 0 rupees. And now when I am trying to change my no. To the previous no., it says OTP exceeded limit. And since then I have been calling the customer care and your customer care is so bad that no one picks up the phone it is only a automated call. Now, if this doesn't get resolved within a week, I will file a complaint against paytm to the Consumer Court. I needed a response to this.
