Paytm Mobile Solutions — worst service in completing orders on time | |||||
I riyaan bhola holds an order of a ps4 game cd. My order id is [protected]. I have already made the payment. I ordered on 7 july, 2017 and was supposed to receive my order by 13-16 july, 2017 as per shipment message received by paytm on 10 july, 2017 mentioning seller (Via bluedart). I have not received my order even though 17 days have passed. I want to cancel my order and receive my refund. Cancel option is not coming in my order history. This is the worst service, one would ever look for. I have registered my complaint twice on paytm customer care, still my problem is not resolved even after assuring me that sooner it would be.
