Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong delivery of product and not return and refund policy justified | |||
Hello, I have fired a complaint for return of wrong delivered product which I received against a san disk 16 gb pendrive worth 524/- and did payment by paytm wallet which I ordered on 18 august 2017 Order no. is [protected]. On 23 august 2017 I received parcel and to my surprise I found the Gillete vector blade set inside it. The parcel was opened in front of Delhivery courier service, Guna MP delivery boy and immediately I requested for return of parcel. It was shown on app that I will receive the refund on 28th august. On the next day I asked the courier to take back the parcel but he returned me saying that we can't courier back and you have to make the complaint again. I found all possibilities to complaint back from paytm app and paytm website but their was no proper way to complaint again. I called each and every no. related to paytm customer support but they too didn't responded. Then I mailed to paytm care and didn't get the satisfactory answer. Now yesterday I received a message from delhivery to return the packet but the courier person didn't came to pickup. Today I called him again so he repeated the same story that you have to again fire a complaint. Now things are getting messy and it's irritating me. The thing is not about money but my patience and your services. We trust you and pay in advance the money, but sometimes you think customer is a fool.
