Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong mobile plan in the paytm website | |
Hi, I am using paytm for almost 2+ years for recharging and booking bus ticket. Last week i was looking for 3g data plan to recharge. There is a plan in paytm for aircel under 3g/4g data. The plan is if you recharge for rs.235 you will get 3.5 gb 3g/4g for 27 days. I have recharged for same. But i got only 1 gb 3g data. When i checked with aircel customer care, they have confirmed that i will get only 1 gb 3g/4g for 235. Which means paytm is showing wrong information in their site. Kindly look into this. I advice everyone Never deal with Paytm..
I have bad experience with PAYTM,
7000 thauaand rupees Payment deducted but item does not reach to me, even after one month, & no one answer till date Via Mail or via phone...

I have recharged Rs.36/- to mobile no.[protected] on 2.7.17. at 12:53 p.m., but it was not charged (Order No. [protected], Dated-02.07.2017, at 12:53 p.m.) Kindly look into the matter.
