Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong Money Transaction | |||
To PayTM, On 6/01/2017 Friday, when I was transferring 5000 Rs. to my ICICI Bank account, I provided my name Sagar Kathe and account number (Wrong account number[protected] I suppose to provide[protected] but then transaction suppose to cancel due to wrong information, but PayTM transfer money in wrong account without matching (name of account holder and account number) information. and when I tried to contact to PayTM customer care more than 50 times call get disconnect after 30 seconds when i mailed to paytm/care they just wrote 5000 Rs. transferred to account number for further process contact Bank, when I went to bank they said ask PayTM. I have placed two order on 05 jan vide order no #[protected] and #[protected] for brown wallet and fusion royal watch. As per paytm sms the irem should be delivered to the customer between 07 to 10 jan 17. Till date non of the item has been received.
