Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong product delivered (tcl tv)

I had placed the order for tcl tv 55 inches (Tcl55c2us) from paytm mall but received the wrong product.

1) after continuous follow up from paytm mall my tv installation was done after 2 months from the delivered date
2) upon opening of box we found out that they have sent the wrong model i. E (55p2us) which we found out when the installation person opened the box
3) after complaint to paytm mall they are saying as per policy we have to intimate them within 7 days of time

Here my question is how will anybody know which product they have sent without opening it.
Paytm mall has taken 2 months to come and open the box to install it.
Who is responsible for making wrong bill in from which customer sees.

I’m wrong this mail to seek help from cybercrime police to look into this matter as it’s a genuine case of fraud and i have all the proofs relating to this.
