[Resolved] Paytm — Money debited from account but didn't get added on Paytm wallet | |||||
Yesterday on 08th of Jan, at around 10.30 am, I made an attempt to add Rs5000 on my Paytm wallet through Hdfc debit card. First for few seconds it appeared on my Paytm passbook and then I got a text stating the transaction has been declined and the money has been refunded. But to my knowledge the money hasn't been refunded yet and that's not even added to my Paytm wallet. I was adding that money to pay my college fees and that's all I had. Now my last date of paying the college fees is 11th of Jan and I am not sure how long will it take for Paytm to refund that amount. But its a sincere request to please kindly refund as soon as possible or else I won't be able to appear for my next semester exam. My paytm contact no is: [protected]. Jan 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a text from Paytm that the money has been refunded today. So I am really grateful for looking into this matter and resolving this. i am really happy with the services of Paytm. | |||||
