Paytm — money deducted without bill payment | |||
I made a bill payment of my tikona broadband on 10th november 2017. They deducted the money from the bank though it is still showing "processing" in the order section of paytm. It's more than 56 hours for the payment and there is still no refund neither the payment is successful. Nor there is a cancellation option as instructed by paytm itself. I made complaint about this to paytm but they did not even reply. It looks like a clear case of robbery. Was this information helpful? | |||
