Paytm — Money has been deducted from account but service not received | |||||
Date-10/10/2015 I made a payment for Rs 550 through Paytm. The payment was made through PayTM wallet. The payment failed due to server issue after the money was deducted.I checked with Swiggy and after understanding that an order has not been placed I'm raising a ticket with PayTM regarding the issue. Since I paid through PayTM wallet, it's PayTM's responsibility to help me sort my problem. I hope this issue gets resolved ASAP... Its been more than 10 days and I still cant see my money back in my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
