Paytm — Money not added to my paytm account | |||||
I have added 400 to my paytm account for booking a ride through Uber from my Standard chartered bank account. The amount got deducted from my account and after that i got gateway error by which the money didn't got added to my paytm wallet. I had conversation with my bank and they sad that from their end the money got deducted, even they contacted Paytm and got confirmation from them that the money was successfully transfererd to paytm account. Below is the reference id:- [protected] [protected] I tried calling on the number provided by the Paytm as well as the number paytm provided to Standard Chartered bank is not reachable. And in one number there is no option to talk to there employee. So i dropped them several mail at [protected]@paytm.com but hardly got 2-3 reply asking the same order name which i already mentioned them. Inspite of providing all the details and confirmation from my that the paytm got the money which got deducted from my account, no response is occurring by the paytm.
