Paytm — Money Not Refunded

I had booked a bus ticket for a journey on 15th August 2015 via Paytm. The bus was delayed/cancelled which caused a lot of problems for my travel. I had to make some other travel arrangement. I had asked for cancellation and was assured that the money would be refunded to my account. Also, I was told that the booking was made through redbus whereas I had booked the ticket through Paytm. It seems that they had booked the bus ticket internally by some other operator(redbus). I haven''t received the refund of the ticket eventhough Neeta bus & redbus has approved the cancellation.
