[Resolved] Paytm — Money not refunding | |||
Hi, I recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 4-Nov-13 via PAYTM (order no.[protected]. They deducted my amount but there was no recharge in my mobile. When I made a complaint regarding that to PAYTM (complaint no.[protected], they told me that recharge was successful from their side and asked me to contact my operator. When I contacted to my operator i got to know that there was no recharge on 04- Nov-2013. I send this mail (from idea) to PAYTM and asked them their answer. But now they are not replying my any of mail. This is not about the money; this is about the poor service of PAYTM. Pls solve my case. Was this information helpful? | |||

We’ve checked and it shows up as a successful recharge on our system against Order Id[protected]. However, the mobile number that you have recharged is [protected] instead of [protected].
We understand it could have gone due to an accident. However, being a third party recharge website, we are not authorized to revert for any transaction once processed successfully. You may contact your operator to ask them to take appropriate action on this issue.
