[Resolved] Paytm — money not returned after failure of delivery. | |
My name is Sreejith. I have orderd a Zovi black sweater in the order no.[protected] through paytm.com by online mode.But the Delhivery courrier service returned my courier without informing me.They are telling that they are not having the service area, but i have already checked before ordering and shown that they are having the
service area in my adress.This was really a bad experience for me and even i cannot contact with zovi customer care as the number is always busy.Then I complaint in Paytm.com and they give the reply like this.

I recive this reply on 11th november 2014.Today is 25th november 2014.They didnt take any action and not given the money back
