Paytm — Money transfered to bank from paytm wallet but not received for longer

I am Dabhade K K have transfer rs.2500 to my bob account on 2nd jan.2017 (wallet ID [protected]). But till date not received any payment from paytm. I register comlaint paytm customser care no [protected] but no response received. What is the paytm? How cashless modi saheb like this? I have register complain on paytm more than fifteen times but they told that our team will solve theproblem shortly. Plz. Help and give my money to me asap

Sir during add money in the wallet. Payment3000 debit from my bank. But process cancelled and payment not reffend to my bank.plz solition of my money. our order no. is [protected] thanks
Yesterday morning I had added Rs 1000 to my wallet through net banking from Axis Bank INB no[protected] but amount is not reflecting yet in my wallet even after lapse of 24 hours. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account. Please enquire and revert back.
Today I transferred money from my saving bank account of paytm but not received my the person whom i transferred
