Paytm — Mts dongle recharge | |||||
Hello i'm deepesh joshi i ve made a recharge my dongle Amount Rs. 248/- on 19 Dec '15 2:12 pm. i.e (MTS Number [protected]) (Transaction ID [protected]) ([protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP) by HDFC Net Banking. Money has been deducted from my account but no recharge done. i need to make an impotent mail to my boss. while speaking with CCE (MTS) thy saying money will be refund in 7 working day. i did recharge again with the same amount Rs. 248/- at evening around 6 PM 19 Dec '15 ([protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP) again money has been deducted and no recharge done. I m really frustrated now. how my recharge not done with right source like MTS main website. any why 7 days refund policy i could not understand. i ve spent 248+248=496, please make an interest rate of 7 days. this is really frustrating. i want to sue paytm for fraudery. i want you to take serious action for the Fraud. i want my money back soon Was this information helpful? | |||||
