Paytm — My order got cancelled after 8 days.

Dear Sir, I ordered Samsung Led tv on 14 oct 2015 in paytm.com, order confirmed within a day, from that day onwards status was showing as 'waiting for shipment'. i asked about the shipment, they said within 24-48 hours, i asked yesterday night also, got the reply saying that shipment will happen with in 24 hours, Today morning got the message from PayTm, they cancelled my order.
if i ask them why, they are giving coupon, but TV price got increased. I was waiting for last 8 days for my product, all my family is waiting.
I called to customer care, they were telling they will credit the actual amount 35125 Rs in bank account. I was using credit card with EMI option for this order. Bank was charging interest also. I am not understanding what to do. it is so disappointing me. Very worst service. i need the tv to be delivery within 2 days my order number [protected].
