[Resolved] Paytm — No refund for Recharge number typo mistake? | |||
I did a rechage of 200 rs for my docomo number, but i entered a wrong number. The order details are as below: ORDER NO.[protected] SEP '14 12:20 AM Recharge of Tata DOCOMO Mobile [protected]Price :Rs 200 It has been 3 days and I did not get refund. On paytm orders page, I still see this transaction is under process. When i wrote to Paytm, they replied saying like transaction can not be reversed as the recharge would have happened to that number. But how come this transaction is shown as "Processing" on orders page? Don't you have a refund option if a user enters a wrong number while doing recharge? You people never thought of this? What is the reason for not refunding my money? I need refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
