Paytm — No refund in my account

I made a recharge of rs 500 for my postpaid vodafone bill.
Recharge failed and the amount was returned to my paytm wallet. I requested to refund my money back to my s.B.I savings account.
Paytm agreed to refund me the amount within 7 working days.
11 days have passed and i hav'nt received even a single paisa.
They are even not replying to my emails.
Plz look forward to my complaints. It is very hard to earn money, but paytm takes it easy.
Very much dissatisfied from the company.
I will no longer
make any recharges from this company.
Neither ill purchase any thing.
