Paytm — no reply from paytm cheating customers

Respect sir/madam
3 days before i had done a recharge of 447 at 16th date at paytm
The recharge was susscess full & amount has been debited in my paytm sbi linked account
But still now customer validity is not extended & no outgoing & no validation internet benefits not browsing

Customer bsnl no — [protected]
Recharge upi reference id —[protected] at 16th date 12:02am

Customer is so serious & shouting on me
I had already sent so many times of paytm sms on 24×7 on my recharge complaint
But
But there is no reply from paytm
Why
Paytm is to cheat the customers & taking money is there policy
Is it correct
No reply from paytm
& on 24×7 every time on sms there r giving only my recharge confirmation id & reference number only of bsnl

Any time of bsnl calling at 1503
It was busy on 24 hours busy busy

Who is the responsibility on my recharge
