Paytm — Non-receipt of Promocode.

Dear Sir, I purchased Samsung mobile phone (Model No. SM-E500 H) from e-zone, Bangalore on[protected] at the cost of Rs.18199/- on an assurance that promo code at an amount of Rs 400/- would be paid for a period of 6 months against the purchase of above mobile phone. Accordingly I received promo code @ Rs. 400/- only for next two months vide Promo code No. 484VIJVSQEA4. After that no promo code is received so far. Tharefore, it is requested to look into the matter and do needful to resolve the issue as referred to above. IMEI No. of my mobile No is [protected]. Regards [protected]@yahoo.com
