Paytm — Non refunding for failed order with successful transaction and fraudulent activities | |||
Sir, my paytm id is dr.[protected]@gmail.com. I ve placed an order on 16th July, order e id is [protected]. It was for RS.209., RS.7deducted from my paytm wallet and the remaining rs.202 was deducted from my bank ac.the transaction id is PAYTM[protected][protected]@971. IMMEDIATELY amount was deducted from my ac but order was not placed and showed transaction failure in paytm . I immediately called customer care and they said to wait for 7-10days since it is a technical problem will be solved soon and they said that they didnt receive the Money from bank before. I enquired with the bank, they clearly said that it was a successful transact and the id is PAYTM[protected][protected]@971.Again I contacted paytmcare they said the same thing as they didnt receive the money from bank. I explained that same issues occured in last month with my account and it was refunded because problem with paytm transaction not with the bank.but now they replied that Paytm Ticket #[protected]:THEY RECEIVED THAT MONEY AND REFUNDED BACK TO THE BANK. Even after 20days of the order i didnt get anything.So I 'request you to kindly enquire and refund the money in my account. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
