sir i got a faulty mop from paytm then i have contact to cc of paytm
they told me to courier back to sellers address…after doing that i have
submitted invoice of courier with tracking details and my shipment have
reach to their seller address on 19 november 2014 and still they are
not giving me refund of rs 1099 …they are making always excuses that we
will solve ur problem in 48 hrs etc .etc. no rply from their cc no one
is picking the phone…so plz sir i[censored] can help me on this i will be very
thnakful to u…
