Paytm — Not got refund for order:[protected]. | |||
Good morning Sir/Madem, I ordered Panasonic rice cooker on 24/03/2015 but after 7 days on 30/03/2015 it was automatically cancelled by Paytm saying having some issues from merchants end and order has been cancelled.Money has been refunded to your bank.Till now today on 14/04/2015 my bank account is not credited.My issue has not been resolved by you, I have not got refund of 5545/= rupees in my bank till now, I contacted Paytm many times yesterday, it was told by you to send bank statement from ordered date to now, I have already send my bank statement, Now I am again sending my bank statement.Can you tell me what is my mistake, I shopped on Paytm always in prepaid payments because i trusted Paytm but I never expected such experience from Paytm, 16 days passed when I got message that money has been refunded to your bank but not any credit transaction from your end till now, Please have a look in my bank statement, Why I will email you daily regarding this situation, am i mad.You are not understanding your customer's problem.Just send me my hard earned money in my Paytm wallet, if You are facing any problem in transferring it to my bank.I have send my bank statement (microsoft excel format) from my Paytm registered email I'd: [protected]@gmail.com but not refund I got till now.Requesting you to send me my refund.
