Paytm — Not listening to customer after payment made | |||||
Ticket #[protected] Order id: - [protected] Purchased an item Nikon DSLR camera (order id: [protected]) from your website dated Jan 8, 2016 through my credit card. Got the deal of (30% cashback + some more discount) - Final price - 16500. Seller updated my product as shipped and I received a cash back of 7071 Rs. But suddenly something happens after 2-3 days and my order get refunded. I called customer support, they are saying that you can re-purchase this item again. But the cost is increased and I have to Pay 20000 Rs (After discount) for the same item. Requesting you to please look into this matter, As my travel plan all got messed up for not having a camera. Also I need the same item at same price Now money is deposited to my Paytm Wallet (23600 Rs) not in my account. And for bank transfer I need to pay 4% more.
