Paytm — not receipt my order

till date i have noy received my order. you are telling that you rer sorry for that delay in shipping. you have already send message that you have shipped the order no[protected] through BLUE DART COURIER ON 21/08/14, but till date on enquiry no such order has been shipped from you.what is this ? it is a farce/joke for you to comment false statement.you are directed (not requested) to mension wheather the order has been shipping or not ?if shipping, mention the date and courier service name & expected date of arrival ?if not shipping, return my amt hurry with mention the date ?
