Paytm — not receive balance and amount debit on account

I m virendra my user id is [protected]@gmail.com. I m recharge my no [protected] on 17 sep and this recharge payment order[protected] and Pnb trn I'd is [protected]. In paytm account order show recharge successful but recharge not receive on this number.120 rs debit on my account but recharge not receive. This is a technical problem kindly resolve as soon as otherwise that is totally fourd new customer on paytm.
