Paytm — Not refund money rs 5950 in wallet more then one month

Dear Sir,

With reference to my complaint i have deposited 5950 amt in Paytm account 02 times but in wallet i have reflected only one time.

For that more then one month i m following up but sorry to say neighter bank & nor Paytm respond the same.

Bank said that amt been gone to paytm account but they are no responding on my mails & calls. we request you to kinldy take suitably with the concern PAytm & my refund request.

Herewith i have attched bank statement deducted on 19/4/2016 Reference id is - 316638 & 343862.. In that i has been credited only.
