Pathetic Online Shopping !! I placed an order for Philips 2.1 Speaker and money was deducted from my bank. Next day, received a confirmation message that my order has been acknowledged by the Seller. I was checking the status of my order on daily basis and after 5 days the order was cancelled. NO NOTIFICATION, NO EMAIL, NO CALLS, NOTHING and the order is cancelled. The offer is gone as well and my money is STUCK IN PAYTM FOR 45 DAYS (AND THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE IS TO SHOP THROUGH PAYTM AND I CANNOT TRANSFER THE MONEY FOR NEXT 45 DAYS TO MY BANK)...A BIG SCAM GOING ON AT PAYTM... PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM PAYTM...!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
