Paytm — Order No[protected] failed to ship_Payment not refunded | |||
Please refer to Ticket #[protected] regarding my complaint of dated April 06, 2015 for non shipment of Order #[protected] of March 29, 2015 shipped by Gojavas AWB ID:UNIPAYP1677462. As confirmed by Gojavas by their below given mail they are unable to trace my order. As you are unable to ship the order with in given time, therefore requested to refund my money of Rs 995 and other charges at the earliest.
