[Resolved]  Paytm — ORDER NO. [protected] Cancelled with out any intimation

Hi, I ordered adidas white and blue shoes on 21/05/2015 successfully and paytm mentioned shipping date is[protected]. After two days of booking i received a mail from paytm like item is packed and waiting for dispatch. I waited till 26 and wrote couple of mails regarding shipping and they replied usually like order will be shipped with in 1 or 2 days, even after 2 days i wrote a mil again, i received same standard reply with out thinking about concerns. Then next one of paytm executive called ( i requested call back in website) and said that i will be personally looking in to this issue and order will be delivered with 1 day, then i said ok, But suddenly on saturday night[protected] saying your order has been cancelled due to some concerns and will refund your amount. Immediately i wrote a mail and no proper response at all, simply sending a standard template mail and no proper phone channel to communicate about our issues, they made me wait so many days and simply they are passing time instead of delivery, but i don't want any money i need item immediately, but i want to ask Paytm below questions. 1. How you can cancel order with out any prior intimation to me? 2. In spite of many follow ups, why you told order will be delivered and suddenly what make you to cancel order. 3. As you said item is not with seller, how you kept for sale, if it is not why you send wrong information to me like order will be delivered? 4. I didn't understand one thing initially i received information like Item Packed and waiting for dispatch, If it is dispatched why didn't you shipped? and why you cancelled? 5. It is not our responsibility to make sure whether it is available with seller or not? It is your responsibility to ensure. 6. Why you are providing wrong information to customers? 7. If we write some mail regarding order, I will receive only standard emails without sending any replies, they never worry about customer problems and no proper phone communication to reach and explain our problems I don't want any refund or any cash back, i need my ordered items at any cost. I need one help from this complaints forum, how to raise this issue further higher organization. Thanks, Raveendra

Once i asked about my order they simply told like seller couldn't able to deliver product since he is not having item with him, but they mentioned status in earlier days as item packed and ready to ship. I am not understanding why they are doing like this, but i don't want leave Paytm at all. i am ready to take wherever it is required. I sent a plenty of mails to [email protected] and [email protected] I received a call from 0120 4587250. Please help me to take necessary action.
