Paytm — Order not placed by me for recharge

Paytm Order No [protected], this order was regarding the Recharge of Vodafone Mobile [protected]. I had not even tried to recharge to this number. I had not shared even my passwords to any one and regularly i use to change my passwords. This phone number belongs to NORTH EAST and i stay in hyderabad in south of india. There some fraud done with this paytm wallet. I came to know this when i got message to my registered mobile number as 200 debited from my paytm wallet for this order. when i contacted paytm, they are telling that as services was utilised by some one and we cant refund the amount. But there is no wrong from my end. This paytm is not a safe one. please make me to refund back my money 200 .
