Paytm — Order not received but status shows delivered | |||||
I have ordered mobile back cover with Order Id # [protected] from PayTm on 10-June-2016. Tracker shows its been delivered on 14-June-2016. 1. Got message on 14-June-2016 at 6:18 PM shipment is out for delivery. 2. My office closes at 6 PM 3. Delivery boy didn't called me 4. Got message on 14-June-2016 at 9:29 PM, order is successfully delivered I didn't received the ordered, how the status has been changed to delivered? to whom they delivered? Not happy with service. Please sort it out ASAP otherwise I'll file complain to consumer court for cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
