Paytm — Order was to be delivered by 21-Apr-2015

I had ordered iBall Slide 3G 6095-Q700 Tablet (Black) on 14, Apr, 2015 vide order number[protected] and paid Rs. 8199 through my credit card. The item was committed to be delivered by 21-Apr-2015. But, the item is not yet dispatched and the status is shown as "Invoiced, to be packed". What kind of commitment is this ? I am very much disappointed with this kind of service. Need resolution asap. Else, I would like to get my money back with penalty.
