Paytm — Paid bsnl bill from paytm but not reflected to the bsnl server...

I paid My BSNL land line bill through PAYTM but amount not credited to concerned account where as same amount is debited frm my PAYTM wallet.Even after my repeated mails, PAYTM is not responding. The BSNL PORTAL is still showing the unpaid bill amount..

I have paid the BSNL landline bill payment(Rs 2886) through PAYTM on Feb 8th 2016. The operator has disconnected the phone connection saying that they have not received the payment. But all the time it has been said from the PAYTM customer care that the processing is successful.
