Paytm — Paid rs 99 to my gaana app through paytm | |||||
I paid 99rs to my gaana app account (Nikhil. [protected]@live.com) on 21/06/2016 through paytm as my payment gateway. But the money has been deducted from my bank account and is not reflecting in my paytm account. I submit a photo proof of my corporation bank e-passbook. I had mailed them twice with the bank statement and they replied once asking me to send me the order details. But there is no order details as the transaction is not reflecting in my paytm account and only in my bank account. So i hereby submit the transaction screenshot and as a compensation i request you to refund me at least 500rs as my gaana account was unusable for more than a week. Also if you could check my previous orders. It is clear that paytm auto cancels my recharges above 500 and refunds me the amount to paytm account only after 3 or more days. Recharges are done on emergencies and that money is forced to use only through paytm. If they couldn't recharge my money on time. They should refund it to my bank account. Not to my paytm account after 3 or more days after a lot of complaints and calls to the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
