Paytm — Payback 20% with Big Basket | |||
Very cunningly BIGBASKET cites technical issues and trifurcated my single transaction into 2 smaller ones apart from the larger one (~1500 Rs) PayTM went a step ahead of Bigbasket and gave me a cashback of 10 Rs for ~50 Rs smaller transaction by Bigbasket. After submitting 12 emails and proofs that PayTM has not delivered on its promise and realizing thousands others here cheated by PayTM - rubbish customer support.
