Paytm Payment Bank — money deducted but not credited to receiver bank

Sir on 10/07/2019 at 9:46. Using SBI debit card i tried to add money to paytm payments bank, money deducted from my account but not credited to paytm payments bank. I contacted them they told me that money was refunded and given me fake Refund no.. Actually it's not refunded to me. Regarding this issue i contacted them many times, the response was very tricky and irrelevant some times they put my call on hold for a long time.Then i have contacted my sbi home branch they told me to give a complaint against them. Sir please help me.
