Paytm Payment Bank — refund issues | |
This is with respect to my reference number[protected]-1977303 purchased a jeans from jabong through my paytm debit card for rupees 1460 and I have returned the particular commodity and I have'nt received the refund yet . It has been more then 2 months and T have called customer care and all the representative multiple times for the purpose and I was not provided with any kind of solution and my money is stuck till now.Please look into the matter.
